The floor that is connected to BTS is under the Paris theme. You can take an escalator (not the long one) to 1st Floor which is under the Tokyo theme. The AIRPORTELs counter is on this floor, next to the elevator.

A word of caution: make a reservation ahead of time. The storage area is actually much smaller than you would think, especially for something with a website. Unfortunately, it does not mention anything about possible overcapacity.
