A: For Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), AIRPORTELs is on the B floor near to Airport Rail Link train station. For Don Mueang Airport (DMK), AIRPORTELs is at gate 9, 1st floor, Terminal 2.

A: No, you don’t. AIRPORTELs service is as convenient as ever! If you reserve Scheduled Delivery, you only have to drop your luggage at hotel reception and start traveling hand-free. If you reserve On-demand Delivery, our driver will meet you at the lobby or building entrance on time.
You will get updates of delivery status via e-mail or can track here by your order ID.
A: If you reserved Scheduled Delivery, our driver will collect your luggage in the first 3 hours, which time CAN NOT be appointed, while for On-demand Delivery service, our driver will be there +/- 30 mins at the appointment time.
Please contact us if you don’t get any update during the service.
A: AIRPORTELs will always be on time. In case that an unfortunate event happens, AIRPORTELs will be fully responsible, arrange a specific agent to help your, and deliver your belongings to your ultimate destination by air express.
A: Each luggage is insured up to 100,000 THB with the contents inside. The suitcase, or container, is insured up to 10,000 THB.

Yes, our BKK and DMK airport counter open 24/7. However, please do check the service hour if you’re going to other branches. There’s no extra fee for storage for the first 24 hours for delivery service. Surcharge of storage service will be applied 24 hours after luggage drop-off time.
