A: Delivery service is based on the number of pieces of luggage. You may look the condition up at Type of luggage. There’s no restriction on the distance for delivery in the same city. Check our latest promotion for delivery service! 

Note that bundled bags or attached pillow, small bag, and plastic bag will be counted separately!

A: For Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), AIRPORTELs is on the B floor near to Airport Rail Link train station. For Don Mueang Airport (DMK), AIRPORTELs is at gate 9, 1st floor, Terminal 2.

A: No, you don’t. AIRPORTELs service is as convenient as ever! If you reserve Scheduled Delivery, you only have to drop your luggage at hotel reception and start traveling hand-free. If you reserve On-demand Delivery, our driver will meet you at the lobby or building entrance on time. 

You will get updates of delivery status via e-mail or can track here by your order ID. 

A: If you reserved Scheduled Delivery, our driver will collect your luggage in the first 3 hours, which time CAN NOT be appointed, while for On-demand Delivery service, our driver will be there +/- 30 mins at the appointment time.

Please contact us if you don’t get any update during the service.

A: AIRPORTELs will always be on time. In case that an unfortunate event happens, AIRPORTELs will be fully responsible, arrange a specific agent to help your, and deliver your belongings to your ultimate destination by air express.

A: Each luggage is insured up to 50,000 THB with the contents inside. The suitcase, or container, is insured up to 10,000 THB.

A: Please provide your order ID, name, passport no., and the updated information. We’ll get back to you at the soonest.

Yes, our BKK airport counter open 24/7. However, please do check the service hour if you’re going to other branches. There’s no extra fee for storage for the first 24 hours for delivery service. Surcharge of storage service will be applied 24 hours after luggage drop-off time.

A: Yes, we will send you a confirmation email with order ID and booking summary. Please also check “spam” or “junk” in your email. If you don’t get a confirmation email in 30 mins after booking, please contact us. You can also check here with your order ID. 

Note that it is always suggested to have a screenshot after you complete online booking! 

A: Please contact us with your order ID, updated date and time, no. of luggage, and/or location. We will send you a new email after confirmation. After update, you can also check here with your order ID. 

Note that service fee may change according to your request based on time and no. of luggage. 

A: We will keep your luggage another 30 days after your estimated time to pick-up, ETP. If you don’t extend the storage duration, the luggage will be disposed. 

Note that we will charge service fee in advance by extending the storage duration. 

A: We fully refund if the order is cancelled at least 2 hours before the service starts. Please contact us to request cancelling booking with your order ID. Refund will be proceeded in 5 business days. Check here for further information. 

Note that service fee IS NOT refundable after service time starts. The refund can only be transacted through original payment gateway, AliPay, or PayPal.  

A: Please contact us with your order ID to amend your booking. Our agent will check your request and reply with email after confirmation. 

Note that extra service fee will be applied as delivery service is based on no. of luggage.

A: Yes, both of our airport counters in Bangkok open 24/7.

At Suvarnabhumi airport, we are on the B floor near to Airport Rail Link train station. Click here for the instruction at BKK.

At Don Mueang airport, the counter is next to Gate 9, 1st floor, terminal 2 (Domestic terminal). Click here for the instruction at DMK.

A: We provide services at the most popular malls and airports not only in Bangkok but also other popular destinations, such as Phuket and Pattaya.

A: Yes, you can ask your friend to retrieve luggage instead. Please email us your order ID, passport no., and your friend’s full name and passport no. 

A: If your luggage isn’t at our 24-hour airport branches, please check the service hour careful at where you keep! The service fee is based on every 24 hours since your drop-off time. For further conditions, please check here

A: No, we are in the passenger terminal in the airports. You must hold an appropriate visa to enter Thailand. 

We only suggest you to use storage service if you have more than 3 hours during transit/transfer flights to queue up to enter (passport control and customs clearance). 

In addition, there is NO facility for luggage storage in the security area in both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airport in Bangkok.
