A: No, you don’t. AIRPORTELs service is as convenient as ever! If you reserve Scheduled Delivery, you only have to drop your luggage at hotel reception and start traveling hand-free. If you reserve On-demand Delivery, our driver will meet you at the lobby or building entrance on time.
You will get updates of delivery status via e-mail or can track here by your order ID.
A: If you reserved Scheduled Delivery, our driver will collect your luggage in the first 3 hours, which time CAN NOT be appointed, while for On-demand Delivery service, our driver will be there +/- 30 mins at the appointment time.
Please contact us if you don’t get any update during the service.
A: AIRPORTELs will always be on time. In case that an unfortunate event happens, AIRPORTELs will be fully responsible, arrange a specific agent to help your, and deliver your belongings to your ultimate destination by air express.
A: Each luggage is insured up to 50,000 THB with the contents inside. The suitcase, or container, is insured up to 10,000 THB.

Yes, our BKK airport counter open 24/7. However, please do check the service hour if you’re going to other branches. There’s no extra fee for storage for the first 24 hours for delivery service. Surcharge of storage service will be applied 24 hours after luggage drop-off time.

Months later, our team placed the 1st electronic locker “Lockbox” at the airport rail link station, Makkasan Station, successfully. However, this is not enough! Locker service is not the ultimate solution for travellers to enjoy a vacation in Bangkok as they still need to carry their bags from the hotel to the locker and they need to get back to pick the baggage up from the locker again.
I thought to myself, I wish my baggage could have legs and walk by itself, and that was the “Aha” moment.
(Note: 3 transit systems, BTS, MRT and ARL, are available in Bangkok. Though some of the stations of each system are adjacent to each other, travellers have to pass through long walkways and stairs to get into the other one.)
Imagine that you carry your 20 kg, roughly 40 lbs., or even heavier, baggage to climb up several stairways and, probably, many times that will make you wanna cry. You might think about taking a taxi. Yes, it could be the solution, but make sure you really realize the notorious traffic jams in the city.
The idea is really simple, as the pain point comes at the airport and hotel. If we can connect these places seamlessly, travellers can enjoy their holiday more, and spend their time wisely! Think how tough it is when you drag your bags in the heat or the storm that can just start out of nowhere and come to fall on your head by surprise.
Thus, we came up with this new service “AIRPORTELs luggage Delivery” to deliver travellers baggage to and from airports, hotels, and shopping malls in Bangkok. Now, you don’t need to worry about your belongings. Think luggage needs, think AIRPORTELs. We’ll take care of your luggage, while you can travel hands-free.

A: Yes, you can ask your friend to retrieve luggage instead. Please email us your order ID, passport no., and your friend’s full name and passport no.
A: If your luggage isn’t at our 24-hour airport branches, please check the service hour careful at where you keep! The service fee is based on every 24 hours since your drop-off time. For further conditions, please check here.
A: No, we are in the passenger terminal in the airports. You must hold an appropriate visa to enter Thailand.
We only suggest you to use storage service if you have more than 3 hours during transit/transfer flights to queue up to enter (passport control and customs clearance).
In addition, there is NO facility for luggage storage in the security area in both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airport in Bangkok.
