A: Yes, we will send you a confirmation email with order ID and booking summary. Please also check “spam” or “junk” in your email. If you don’t get a confirmation email in 30 mins after booking, please contact us. You can also check here with your order ID. 

Note that it is always suggested to have a screenshot after you complete online booking! 

A: Please contact us with your order ID, updated date and time, no. of luggage, and/or location. We will send you a new email after confirmation. After update, you can also check here with your order ID. 

Note that service fee may change according to your request based on time and no. of luggage. 

A: We will keep your luggage another 30 days after your estimated time to pick-up, ETP. If you don’t extend the storage duration, the luggage will be disposed. 

Note that we will charge service fee in advance by extending the storage duration. 

A: We fully refund if the order is cancelled at least 2 hours before the service starts. Please contact us to request cancelling booking with your order ID. Refund will be proceeded in 5 business days. Check here for further information. 

Note that service fee IS NOT refundable after service time starts. The refund can only be transacted through original payment gateway, AliPay, or PayPal.

Note that extra service fee will be applied as delivery service is based on no. of luggage.

    I will be arriving in BKK on 27 Oct. 2022. Can I book luggage delivery service (1 luggage) from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the Amaranth Suvarnabhumi Hotel, Address: 68 Moo 2 Kingkaew Road, Rachatheva, Bangplee Samutprakan 10540, Thailand?

      Of course you can Book luggage delivery service or walk-in to the counter
      you can drop your luggage at Suvarnabhumi Airport before 12.00 p.m.
